Icelandic Moss is a type of lichen that grows in Iceland. Icelandic moss is most commonly used to alleviate colds, coughs, mouth irritation, and respiratory issues. It is usually taken as a lozenge but can also be consumed as a tea.

Ingredients: Organic Icelandic Moss, Cut & Sift. (Cetraia islandica) Also known Eryngo-leaved Liverwort, Iceland Lichen.

1 oz. Loose Herbs

Suggested Use: Add to soups, cooking, smoothies, baths, etc. Infuse in water or olive oil. For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min.
